This ad is a story of an avrage mouse trying to steal cheese from a mouse trap. Even though the mouse didn't speak, its actions, and music showed its words. The ad played with your emotions just as the song changed. This ad was funny, it was emoted by the changing music and sudden actioins that occored when you least expect it. There is also a moral to this ad- keep on trying and never give up.
Adrienne when I saw the mouse get snagged by the trap I was soooo shocked. It took me by surprise and I thought it was over, but them the music changed and the mouse was exercising. Then I thought that I purposely did that so it could use the trap as a weight lifting bar. Any way, I loved the commercial!
ReplyDeleteI agree this commercial is awsome. When I was checking out the commercial for the first time I was also shocked when the mouse got trapped. But the ending was great.
DeleteI love this ad soooo much!! I like how you mentioned how the change of music affected the way the ad came across. Great choice! (if someone recommended this to you then they are an awesome person :P)
ReplyDeleteFIRST, I wonder who that could be.... SECONDLY this ad is realy cool, how it cplays with your emotions and all.
DeleteOh my goodness... I was so nervous at the beginning waiting for the trap to go off. This is definitely funny and I love 'eye of the tiger'... one of my favourite 80s songs. I agree with you that the music is a very important factor in conveying the emotion in the ad. Don't forget to check your post for spelling errors and typos.
ReplyDeleteYes, I also found the selection and timing of the songs to play with emotions, and I also had a lot of fun watching my mom react to this video.
DeleteThis commercial was so amazing but when the trap went off I thought the mouse was dead. So I automatically assumed it was a pest control commercial.
ReplyDeleteMe too actually, I felt really bad for the mouse but I saw the power of cheese gave him the strength to push through :D
DeleteOh my gosh! I LOVED THIS COMMERCIAL! it was super funny and definitely changed you mood. I loved the use of music and lighting.
ReplyDeleteYeah, and I also fount the zooming in and out with the camera to be very effective.
